WEEKLY SCHEDULE

Monday: Seminary Classes, Mentoring & Community Service
The Fellows Program is committed to teaching and training the fellows through Seminary courses and leadership training classes. For the class of 2010-2011, Monday morning will be one of the seminary classes, held for 1.5 hrs.  Monday lunch or afternoon is an ideal time for Fellows to meet with their mentor. Monday late afternoon the Fellows work with Neighbor to Neighbor, tutoring children in Southeast Raleigh. www.n2noutreach.org/ Monday evening will a second seminary class, held for 1.5 hrs.

Tuesday-Thursday: Work Place
The Fellows hold part-time positions in fields related to their interests: business, law, education, medicine, government, youth ministry, etc. Work place experience should provide the Fellow with the opportunity to:

• evaluate gifts and interests in a specific career field,
• experience a specific job position with relevant responsibilities and accountability,
• apply biblical principles on the job, and
• develop professional and kingdom relationships for the future

Tuesday night is reserved for Fellows to spend time with their Host Families. Wednesday night the Fellows come together for Bible Study with a godly couple from Apostles. Thursday evening the Fellows meet at the director’s house for dinner and roundtable discussion.

Friday: Seminars
The Fellows spend seminar time with guest presenters accomplished in their fields of endeavor. This guest lecture series is designed to provide the opportunity for Fellows to reflect deeply on where the Lord is leading them and how they can effectively minister to those around them. These classes include Leadership 1 & 2, Spiritual Formation, Worldview, & Student Ministries.

Saturday
Saturday is a free day of rest unless the Fellows are on a retreat or conference.

Sunday: The Deal Student Ministry
The Deal meets on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd Sundays of the month for fellowship at 10am. The Deal hosts its own worship service for middle and high school students in the youth room. This service is lead by the youth for the youth, and continues to attract students from all over Raleigh. Fellows help lead the 10am hour and the 11am Worship Service. Sunday nights the Fellows co-lead & disciple a small group in the Senior High youth ministry or they help lead the Wednesday night Junior High group.
